What the UFC records and statistics cover
The displayed UFC record counts wins, losses and draws in the recorded UFC history, with no contests listed separately. It is not a fighter’s full professional MMA record across every promotion.
Historical fight statistics come from UFCStats. Scheduled cards and fighter information also use ESPN data. Missing statistics stay missing; they are not counted as zero. The app explains the sample and calculation behind each chart.
How is a significant strike different from a total strike?
UFCStats significant strikes include strikes at distance and power strikes in the clinch or on the ground. Total strikes also include shorter strikes from those positions. The props charts label which statistic is being counted.
Are the fight estimates guaranteed outcomes?
No. Estimates are calculated from historical data and describe possible outcomes. A historical hit rate is the share of selected fights that met a line, not the probability of hitting that line in the next fight.
